222LS helps emerging ministry leaders connect their studies with the work of making disciples. Students learn alongside a cohort and receive individual mentoring as they explore their calling.

Through Calvin Theological Seminary’s Empower program, learning happens within the student’s own ministry setting. A team of mentors helps connect academic understanding with spiritual maturity and practical experience.

Within Multiply222, this is where disciples take another step toward leadership: learning to care for people, equip others, and serve the church with conviction and compassion.

Academic partnership

Local formation. A Calvin Seminary degree.

222Leadership Seminary is a contextual partner in Calvin Theological Seminary’s Empower program. Calvin grants the Master of Arts in Christian Leadership; 222LS provides a community of learning, local mentoring, and ministry experience.

Calvin’s competency-based approach combines a personalized learning plan with feedback and assessment. Students develop at their own pace while continuing to serve in their communities. Online participation makes the 222LS cohort accessible beyond Port St. Lucie.
