Here is how the website handles the information you choose to share. For questions about your records, contact Bob Crow.
Contact messages
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, optional phone number, subject, and message are stored in our admin inbox so our team can respond. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and additional spam checks. Using the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If you choose the email alternative, your email app sends the message to Bob instead.
Gifts and giving records
Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered into Stripe’s payment interface. Our giving records include the donor’s contact details, designation, gift amount, date, frequency, payment status, and any note supplied with the gift. Authorized administrators use these records to manage gifts, answer questions, and provide receipts.
To ask about a recurring gift, a giving statement, or a correction to your record, email Bob. Please do not send card numbers or passwords by email.
Ministry emails
Newsletter subscription is a separate choice. Subscriber names, email addresses, subscription status, and audience tags help us send relevant ministry updates. The website supports Mailchimp audience synchronization and email delivery services. Use the unsubscribe link in a ministry email or contact us to update your preferences.
Embedded and linked services
Videos, online reports, payment tools, and external ministry sites may use their own cookies and privacy practices. You can choose whether to open or use those services.
Questions or corrections
Contact rcrow@multiply222.com to ask about the information we hold, request a correction, or discuss removal. Giving records may need to be retained for accounting and reporting.
