Bob Crow

Chief Development Officer, Multiply222 Network

I serve as the Chief Development Officer for Multiply222 Network. I am passionate about my work and thoroughly believe in our ministry’s mission to “multiply disciples, leaders, and churches.”

I have been married for almost 40 years and have three adult children and four grandchildren. I love spending time with my family. I enjoy golfing, fishing, and home improvement projects in my spare time.

My favorite passages of Scripture are Psalm 8 and Colossians 1:15 – 20. I am grateful for my calling as a development professional and for being a member of this dynamic ministry team.  I enjoy building relationships, raising friends and funds, and shaping programs that support the mission of Multiply222 Network. Finally, I am enthusiastic about our robust, one-on-one discipleship strategy called 222Disciple.  Both by what I have learned and also what I have been able to teach to nearly 3 dozen others, I have been deeply blessed.

Jason Palm

Director, Church Planting Initiative

I am a Christian, married since 2012, and a proud father of two children. I am a Commissioned Pastor at Sunlight Community Church in the CRCNA.  I serve as the Director of the Church Planting Initiative, dedicated to establishing new local and global churches. My commitment to spreading the gospel extends to my role as an Elder on the Council for Multiply222 Network and at Sunlight Community Church, and as an extension, work with leadership development. I also am a disciple-maker assisting in a regional role for 222Disciple and honored to serve as a School Board Member for Sunlight Christian Academy, emphasizing the importance of a holistic, Christ-centered education.

I’m passionate about nature, homesteading, and empowering communities through the gospel and service. As my favorite verse reminds me, “For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.” -( Hebrews 10:14) I am a Christian, Husband, Father, Farmer, Friend, and the chief of sinners – wrapped in Christ’s perfection and (slowly) being made holy from the inside out, to resemble that in which I’m concealed.

Brian Bosscher

Executive Director, 222Disciple

While being raised in a Christian family, school and church, I came to know Christ as my personal Savior at an evangelistic meeting. Tom Skinner, an African-American whom Christ found in Harlem, NY, was the evangelist. I responded to the invitation to receive/follow Christ at age 14. Since then I’ve been on a lifelong journey to know Him and make Him known.

I felt called to be a pastor while in high school and pursued education/training at Calvin College and Seminary. I found the love of my life, Judy, while at Calvin. We were married in 1976, have raised 3 children who have produced 7 Grandchildren. I served churches in Prospect Park, NJ…Ada, MI….was the Executive Director for YCF/Youth Unlimited…Sunshine Community Church, Grand Rapids, MI…Hillcrest in Hudsonville, MI. I have retired from there and am now pursuing a life-long call to make more and better disciples through 222Disciple. I enjoy road biking, golf, water sports at our cottage, and really good puns.

My life took a dramatic turn when in July of 2023 my wife Judy went to be with the Lord after a 7 year battle with ovarian cancer. She fulfilled her earthly calling with love and joy! A few months later the Lord brought to me an amazing new wife named Grace. We were wed in December of 2023 and now together walk with Jesus every day.

Sarah Wilson Hyde

Head of School, Sunlight Christian Academy

My name is Sarah Wilson Hyde, I have been Head of Schools for Sunlight Christian Academy since 2006, and nothing has grown my faith more. When my son Riley and I first moved to Port St. Lucie, we knew no one in the area. Although I had an extensive background in business and finance, I felt called to apply at an adorable little church preschool serving only 8 students so I could be involved in my child’s education.

At Sunlight we found more than just a church and school, we found a family! From that point on it became my mission that every person who walked through our doors instantly felt as if they were a part of our Sunlight Family.  Over the next few years we grew the school and I achieved my master’s degree in Educational Leadership in the process.  Today we have 4 campuses serving over 700 students with continuous plans for multiplication in the future. I have always loved the passage, “For I know the plans I have for you”, declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11. The day I took a leap of faith and followed the prompting of the Holy Spirit, has not only changed my life, but the lives of so many others. Providing a Christ-centered education for children, while also watching the Lord work through them to change the hearts of their families, continues the most rewarding and humbling experience of my life.  I am overjoyed God called me to lead this ministry.

Kris Vos

Campus Pastor and Executive Director of the Center for Church Renewal

I am the Executive Director of the Center for Church Renewal and serve as the Teaching Pastor at Sunlight Community Church’s Lake Worth Campus. Prior to these roles, I spent 20 years as a church planter at Crossroads Community Church (CRC) in Schererville, IN.

My passion is to see the local church thrive, fueled by a deep desire to help people come to know the Gospel of Jesus Christ. My educational journey includes studies at the College of the Ozarks, Calvin Theological Seminary, and currently, Western Theological Seminary (D.Min.). However, one of the most formative experiences in my preparation for ministry was being discipled by a passionate man of God during my college years.

Since then, I’ve been committed to investing in others through discipleship. My wife, Deb, and I are blessed with four children, all of whom are married and actively involved in their local churches. We cherish every opportunity to spend time with our eight grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy reading sci-fi and fantasy novels and playing disc golf.

Greg Hauenstein

Executive Director, 222Leadership Seminary

Born in San Francisco (at an early age), I grew up in Ohio, and moved to Florida my senior year of high school. I believed in Jesus at a youth meeting and thought what I heard at that youth meeting is something everyone everywhere should hear. The Good News reoriented my life. I’ve served as a pastor in large multi-staff churches and small solo pastorates. Much of my life’s focus has been on education and missions, and with that background I helped start an international seminary that multiplied more seminaries and pastors – in 72 countries, 300+ schools, and 4,500 students. Karen, my wife, and I moved to Port St. Lucie in 2019 and just happened to visit Sunlight Community Church and when I heard Pastor Scott speak about “multiplying Disciples,” we were all in! Greg is married to Karen, originally from CA, is a birder and a marathon race walker. In 2022, with the launch of 222 Leadership Seminary, I serve as the Executive Director and I work with Dr. Jared Reed in starting The Teacher’s Academy for Christian School teachers and leaders.
